This is an 12" x16" acrylic painting on canvas.  It is currently being shown at the Federation of Canadian Artists "Canvas Unbound" Juried exhibition at their gallery on Granville Island.

This is a watercolour painting that will be displayed at the Federation of Canadian Artists gallery on Granville Island in Vancouver, B.C. in their Landscape show on March 25th - April 13, 2014.

FABRIANO IN WATERCOLOUR 2014

I am pleased to announce that I have been invited to participate in an international exhibition in Fabriano, Italy.  Invited artists will be from Canada, Italy, Belgium, Mexico, USA, Turkey, and Egypt and will display their watercolour works in prestigious locations in Fabriano, Italy from June 12th - July 6th, 2014. Each delegate is asked to submit 1 painting in watercolour for display and the expected number of paintings will be approximately 300 in total.

So my painting called "Artic White" (16.5 " x 24.5") has been completed and submitted and even though I personally cannot attend in Italy, I look forward to participating in this event.

February, 2014 ART SHOWS

I'll be participating in two art shows this month:

"TWISTED" at the Port Moody Art Centre.  Reception will be held on Feb. 19, 2014 from 6 - 9 and I will have 2 paintings in this juried exhibition.

"ART TO GO" at the Port Moody Rec Centre will be put on by the Port Moody Art Association and is a one day show only.  See it, love, take it!  I will be there with lots of paintings to look at.  Doors open at 11 am until 5 pm.
