Painting via Zoom
These are all 8x10 acrylic paintings done on canvas boards
and were all done while on the last 3 Zoom meetings with members of the Port Moody Art Association.
Photos were offered up (3 were mine) to use and our sessions only last approx. 1 1/2 hours.
It's interesting to paint while chatting with members and a lot like plein air painting. You have to get the information down quickly, try not to get distracted and create something of interest - all in a short time period. I managed to do 5 paintings in total but two I feel were not as successful and require a little more attention - if I can fix them, I'll post them!

Dog portraits
These are new pet portraits done in acrylics on canvas paper
They are small....4.25"x5.75"
A couple I'll be keeping as they are/were my dogs
(Sophie current and Mark from my past)
Interesting dilemma when painting a series for an up coming show.
I will simply have to paint more dog portraits and try not to let them tug at my heart strings.
