    About Me

    My photo
    Christine Yurchuk
Christine is a Coquitlam artist who has drawn and painted since childhood and is primarily self-taught. In 1987 she was accepted as an active member at the Federation of Canadian Artists and participated in a number of juried shows up until 1992, also attending a number of demonstrations and workshops by various artists during that time. Due to commitments of family and a full time job, her art was sidelined for a period of time, but painting however, has remained a passion throughout the years and she now paints on a regular basis. She is now once again an active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists (FCA) and belongs to the Suite E Life Drawing Society and Port Moody Art Association.
